The Terrifying Tail of Kiki Snowkitten
Jan. 13th, 2024 03:23 pmThis may only be of interest to two people, namely me and my shadow. But I'll put it on here for my reference and just in case anyone wants to read about this cheeky mog.
Kiki is an anthro cat, and five foot 5 inches of mischief wrapped up in a bundle of white fur and long pink hair. Her favourite era that she sometimes visits (more about that below) is the 80s, so she has a habit of styling her hair in that mahoosive style from back then, along with an assortment of huge bows. She also likes wearing some of the same kind of clothes from those times. She is very playful and happy-go-lucky, but loves a bit of khaos. And has the view that yes, the right way to spell it is "chaos" which is why she uses a K instead. If that doesn't make sense, it's working.
Centuries ago, so the legends say, Kiki woke up in the middle of a blank lonely void, with no knowledge of who she was or why she was there. She just... was.
She thought "Well this sucks eggs" so once she'd figured out how, she used her powers to create a little place for herself and populated her world with weird ghostly beings. And over countless centuries, she then began to expand her world, adding more and more buildings and strange locations to it as she went along.
Of course, she is far from perfect, despite what she may think, and at some point Kiki goofed and opened a portal in her world and thought "okay, where does that lead?" She found that it led to other places and times. So she made a bunch of the portals in places that only she knew about. (To prevent anything escaping...)
Now and again something manages to sneak into her world from other places and that's why not everything in her world was intended to actually be there. Apparently the city of Atlantis "just kinda decided to leave Earth and fell out of the sky and landed here. Honest. No no, that was just someone that looks like Elvis." But as a result, it does mean that not everything in her world is safe or "nice." For the most part, they leave her alone in case she kicks their butts. Unfortunately for Kiki, while she may have created a fair bit of her world, she can't uncreate it. However, she can knock heads together. She could probably drive some of the nasties out of there if she wanted, but (with her odd logic) she sees it as "they liven the place up a bit."
Owing to the way that she can use those portals to visit other times and places, she has been sighted in random places over the centuries, and inevitably all kinds of rumours began about her. Kiki finds it amusing to neither admit or deny some of them. So far the Men In Black haven't paid her a visit, maybe because they're terrified that she'll stick their memory blanking probe devices right up... or so the story goes.
And of course, the more she wanders around different eras, the more she spots things that inspire her back in her own little world. So at some point, don't be surprised if she creates a real moving Sphinx, if she ever wanders off to Ancient Egypt during a moment of boredom.
